Insurance
Our team are all fully insured including public liability, protecting you, your home and all of your belongings – you are in safe and responsible hands with CHC.
Do you use your own products?
Our team are all equipped with our recommended products, however, if
there is anything specific you’d like to provide for them to use we can discuss this on the quotation and build a bespoke product list around your specific product requirements.
Which areas do you cover?
Our base is in Haywards Heath, however, due to growth within our team
and as a company, we now cover as far West as Storrington and as far
East as Lewes as well as covering from Brighton and Hove where we have a large client base up to Crawley.
Do I have to be present for the clean?
This is entirely your preference, we are insured to look after keys to
our clients homes.
Many of our clients of course work from home and our team are trained to
be as accommodating as possible and will do their best to cause minimal
disturbance!
Is it just weekly cleans you provide?
No, we work with some of Sussex’s leading estate agents, conducting
their end of tenancies and completion cleans. We also offer one-off deep
cleans too and have a rapidly growing commercial cleaning team meaning we can cater to almost any cleaning request.
Do you change bedding and sort laundry?
We can routinely refresh your bedding upon request- if you would like us to use appliances such as washing machines and tumble dryers we can with full instruction from yourselves!
Please note, this can be a timely service so may be added on as an extra!
How many members of the team will attend?
Our team work individually, looking after the same clients each week,
however, if you would prefer the clean to be conducted in half the time
with two team members, this can be arranged and will be charged per person per hour.
All of our deep cleans are conducted by a minimum of 2 team members.
Will I have the same team member each week?
Having consistency and a relationship with your cleaner is essential to ensuring the best possible service for you as the client so you will be allocated a specific member of our team who will clean for you on a regular basis.
However we will of course always do our best to cover any holiday or sickness!
