When people ask me why I decided to start my own cleaning business, they’re often expecting a simple answer. Which in all honesty, the answer is simple. With the help, encouragement, and business expertise of my partner, Tom, we decided to primarily provide his Clients with a service in cleaning. And here we are, 3 years later, with a team of hardworking, reliable, loyal and highly skilled individuals, providing a property service to our clients all across Sussex.
We saw a gap in the market- busy professionals and growing families, struggling with the same challenge- finding individuals who will take the stress away by maintaining a clean and healthy living environment. What seemed like a basic need to our Clients, was actually an opportunity to provide a valuable service that genuinely improves their quality of life.
I’ve always enjoyed cleaning, driving my family members mad by following them around the house tidying up after them, so we decided to put this to good use. Walking into a cluttered, dusty home and leaving it sparkling clean creates an immediate and visible impact that few other services can match. It is such a rewarding feeling to know my love of a clean and tidy space has now been spread amongst the team and into all of our Clients homes and offices.
Reading our Clients messages, appreciating the time they take to leave a review, is what makes it all worth it. Setting up the business has been met with many obstacles which together, we have overcome. However, it is the service we provide, the acknowledgement from our Clients and the teams enthusiasm that makes it the most satisfying accomplishment.
We have built a community that we are all so proud of and continuing to thrive each day.
